What's the largest or smallest wedding you can do?

I once catered for three hundred, but any number of guests is fine.

Some people who are coming are vegan or vegetarian and also a guest is gluten free?

That's fine so long as I know then we can design a menu that they would like

Can you provide a hot and cold buffet for a product launch at our business?

Yes we have a range of buffets to suit all budgets

Can you do a pie and peas supper in our village hall?

Yes or a Lancashire hot pot, a curry or fish and chips

Could you do Mexican food for our themed party?

Love too, Chilli, guacamole, cheese & refried beans on nachos, chilli chicken?

Indian or Thai?

Can you bring a buffet and leave it and we'll serve it?

How far do you travel?

We work mostly around Lancaster and Morecambe, but also in the South Lakes

Have you done outside catering for a long time?

Al Fresco Mobile Catering has been going for about eight years but I have been catering for weddings etc for many, many years

Is your produce sourced locally?

Where possible we buy our meat and veg locally and where possible it's sustainable.
